Welcome to Meteor. By downloading the application, accessing our site, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Usage License

Yavqo grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Meteor desktop software on your machines. Your access to advanced features is determined by your subscription status (Starter, Pro, or Team plans).

2. Code Ownership

You retain 100% ownership, intellectual property rights, and copyright of any code files created, edited, compiled, or shipped by the Meteor agent within your workspace. We claim no ownership over your intellectual property.

3. Interactive Execution & Responsibility

Meteor executes build commands, test suites, package downloads, and file system writes directly within your environment.

Every file edit and terminal command is queued for your confirmation. By clicking approve, you assume full responsibility for the execution outcomes of those actions. Yavqo is not liable for data loss, service interruption, or workspace corruption resulting from code and scripts executed by the agent.

4. Billing & Cancellations

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly cycles. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or user dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to your plan until the end of your billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL YAVQO BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT, OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE.

6. Modifications

We reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated timestamp. Continued use of the software after updates represents agreement to the terms.
